Choosing The Correct Mattress And Pillow
A pillow should keep the arch of the neck while sleeping. If it is too high, the neck is bent while sleeping sideways, leading to muscle strain in the neck and the back. But if the pillow is too low, it can result in a herniated disk. Also, the mattress is also important for the alignment of the spine.
