When Exercising, Don’t Forget These Often Overlooked Muscle Groups    




When going to the gym, men try to exercise muscles that make them look good. On the other side, this might cause to neglect other muscles that are not so visible, resulting in a muscle imbalance. The objective is to train the whole body. For example, weak glutes force smaller muscles to perform big tasks, causing back pain and hip pain.
