Back Pain Can Also Be Originated From Kidney Stones

Back Pain Can Also Be Originated From Kidney Stones

It Can Be Prevented By Hydrating More And Reducing The Amount Of Protein And Salt In The Diet

Back pain is usually linked to problems in the muscle core or in the spine. However, there are cases in which the back pain could be originated in the kidneys. The cause is the presence of kidney stones, which are extremely painful. These are hard deposits of minerals and salts that crystallize on the kidneys. Among the symptoms are a pain on one side radiating to the groin area, nausea, and vomiting. The main cause is lack of hydration. However, certain foods can increase the risk of kidney stones, such as foods high in protein or in sodium. Also, the pain is not caused directly by the kidney stones, but by the flow of urine that cannot pass because of the stone. Click here for more info.
