If You Want Six-Pack Abs, Don’t Do These Exercises    




Having six-pack abs is a something most of us relate to a healthy body. Nevertheless, there are exercises that will make more damage than good. One of these is centering the workout on the abs muscles, while the idea is to exercise the core: abs, oblique and back muscles.
