Running Can Result In Back Pain If The Body Is Not Prepared




The Cause May Be A Weak Core And Tight Muscles




Running injuries appear when the body is not prepared for this activity, and it can happen on your morning jog or running a marathon. It can be incorrect stretching before and after the exercise, or muscles that are not strong enough and other muscles are trying to compensate for the effort. Among them are Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. In both cases, the calves are tight and can be avoided by proper stretching. Other is hip pain, both caused by tight hips and weak glutes.
