There are people who walk as an exercise routine. However, there several opinions about the usefulness of walking as an exercise. Some specialists believe that it does not maximize benefits, and the best is to combine an aerobic exercise, such as running, swimming and cycling, with strength training. However, other opinions state that walking can be considered an exercise if it is done at a moderate intensity such as 4 to 6 km/h and for 10 minutes at a time.
